Cocktail ring with large swiss topaz , 72 small and stingray leather

MANHATTAN ring in 925 sterling silver is a cocktail ring that has been rhodium or gold plated. 72 set 1.8mm Swiss Topazes decorate its sides, beautifully accentuating the large Swiss Topaz set at the top center, which has been cut into a cabochon. It therefore immediately catches the eye, making it a great complement to other statement jewelry. The color of the stingray leather as well as the size of the ring can be chosen freely to give you as much freedom as possible in finding your very own ring. The stingray leather will be used with great care only after we have received your order and will be individually made for you in our studio in Düsseldorf. 

Information about the stingray leather: The stingray leather we use is from the belly of the stingray. In the middle the ray has a somewhat coarser structure, the so-called eye. The belly part looks like one caviar pearl next to the other. These small pearls are hornifications of the skate. First the leather is tanned and then sanded, so that it gets the beautiful shine. Due to the different nature of each ray skin, the color result after the tanning process can always be slightly different. This reinforces the uniqueness of each piece of jewelry.   Stingray is a popular edible fish, especially in Asia but also in Europe, and is caught for consumption. The leather is therefore a by-product. The stingray is not a protected species.
